| The DPD (Decision Peptide-Driven) tool implements an application for assisting the user in a specific protocol for protein quantification based on 18O labeled inverse labeling and MALDI-TOF-MS analysis, which compares the results of the direct and inverse experiments and quickly identifies reproducible peptides (i.e. those that have similar direct and inverse ratios) that should be used to subsequent and accurate protein absolute quantification. | The OptFlux application includes a number of tools to support in silico metabolic engineering. The application allows the user to load a genome-scale model of a given organism. This will serve as the basis to simulate the wild type and mutants (original strain with a set of selected gene deletions). Learn more at: http://www.optflux.org |

| @Note is a Biomedical Text Mining platform that copes with major Information Retrieval and Information Extraction tasks and promotes multi-disciplinary research. In fact, it aims to provide support to three different usage roles: biologists, text miners and application developers. Learn more at: http://sysbio.di.uminho.pt/anote/wiki/index.php/Main_Page

| The GOABench tool implements a user-friendly desktop application with the goal of facilitating the retrieval and automatic annotation of custom gene lists obtained by the wet-lab users during their experiments. GOABench software allows the user to perform several tasks including (i) retrieve and download an up-to-date version of the Gene Ontology database, (ii) render the ontology via interactive direct acyclic graphs, (iii) highlight relevant terms in the ontology given a gene list of interest and (iv) export both the graphs and the annotation results to external formats.
